Trust

Trust, is belief in the integrity of others saying or doing truthful right actions.   It is having trust in oneself that gives confidence to apply trust in others, to accept what is said as being true or what is promised will be done, or attempted to be done.   Trust is a value widely used in everyday life, from buying fuel for the car and trusting the quantity delivered is actually that indicated on the gauge, in walking over bridges trusting they will not fall.   This is trust at a material level.   Trust is applied on a spiritual level when you accept the car salesperson's words in response to your enquiry about a particular car you are interested in or when you hear someone's life story and accept they have told you the truth.   Trust is knowing that you know.

The application of trust in your own life can only be by ensuring you are trust worthy, that communications with yourself and others are truthful and that you either keep or try to keep the promises you make or do not make promises.
