the way you look after yourself and your body. Right conduct is listening
to the inner truth and being guided by it to make or take the correct
action.
Right conduct in daily life is getting and keeping a fit and healthy
body and mind by ensuring you eat and exercise properly and have sufficient
rest. It is maintaining a positive and happy disposition and applying
your true beliefs in your lifestyle. Walk around with a smile rather than
a frown and don't be afraid to let others have a smile. Try walking when
you can. Make time to visit an area of countryside and allow your senses
to work. Find somewhere quiet and peaceful and join in by sitting quietly,
concentrating on your breathing and just being
