Peace
  is mental calmness, freedom from disorder or agitation, quiet and tranquility. Peace is a state of equlibrium of emotions and comes from knowing all we seek is within us already and not dependent on outside stimuli. The challenge is to believe and look within to find the answers.

Peace will come when you have looked at yourself and your life, accepted what you have seen and loved it unconditionally. It is not dependent on being good or bad, making changes to your lifestyle or any other alteration, it is about loving yourself UNCONDITIONALLY.

When you have accepted yourself totally and unconditionally you are in a position to introduce whatever changes you believe need making. You may find that changes and alterations will make you feel better and so assist in the unconditional loving.

Finally, remember you are worth it.
