Openness

Openness
is not being closed or locked up, being accessible not hidden, being receptive to enquiry and criticsm.   It is revealing and communicating feelings and intentions together with being more sympathetic and enlightened.   Fear is the key that keeps openness locked up.   It tells us we are vulnerable and will be attacked if we are open and let others know what we feel or propose to do.   It is easier to "keep others in the dark" because "they would not understand" or "they will not like the proposals".

The challenge is to ensure whatever you wish to do is done with integrity and care.   There will then be no fear attached to it, thus enabling you to be open and able to benefit from constructive input of others that had previously been blocked by fear.
