Compassion
Compassion
is having pity and wanting to help, to be sympathetic and merciful. It is
the application of understanding in a selfless manner. It is setting aside
anger and allowing a flow of unconditional acceptance when dealing with
actions and events that are not to your liking.
There is no easy way to learn compassion. When you feel dismissive or
not wishing to be involved, ask yourself why this is so and is this what
your inner self would really have you do. Try to follow your instinct
rather than listen to your outward rationale and ego.
