Belief

Belief is the foundation of you, your essence, your character. It comprises elements such as trust, confidence, acceptance of information as truth.   Belief is the shaper of actions, the reason for doing actions and the interpreter of your understanding of terms like "goodness" and "right".   If you believe taking someone else's property is right then you would not feel bad about taking for your own a car belonging to another as it is line with your beliefs.   From this you can see how fundamental Beliefs are in shaping who we are.   For us at  M.O.M., our belief is we can make the world a better place. Our image and perception of better place is also our belief. It is likely that every person on the planet has their own unique set of beliefs. The implication therefore is you must change your beliefs to make a change to you. i.e. to wholeheartedly go along with a change you must belive that change. eg. My belief is that I am going to change, my next belief is what I shall change to.

Changes to Belief can happen as "the penny drops", "the truth dawns" etc. or it may come about slowly over time.   Be aware of your beliefs as they influence you in your day to day activities.   One method for checking out your Belief is by asking yourself; "what is the background to the action I have just done?"   They are your beliefs, look after them and check they are right for you.
